Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the agreement between clients ("you" or "Client") and DJ services ("we", "us", or "Phantom Fantasia") for the provision of DJ services without equipment. By engaging us to provide DJ services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services
We will provide DJ services to you, as requested by you from time to time. These services will include the provision of a professional DJ without equipment. You will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment for the performance, unless you request Phantom Fantasia to provide equipment for an additional fee.

Fees and Payment
The fees for our DJ services will be agreed upon in advance of the performance, and will be based on the length of the performance and any additional services requested. Payment must be made in full prior to the performance date, unless agreed otherwise in writing by Phantom Fantasia.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel our services, you must provide written notice at least 30 days prior to the performance date. If you cancel within 30 days of the performance date, you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the agreed-upon fee. If Phantom Fantasia cancels the performance due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide a full refund of any fees paid.

Performance
Our DJ will perform in a professional and courteous manner, and will adhere to any reasonable requests or directions given by you during the performance. You acknowledge that our DJ is not responsible for the quality or suitability of any equipment provided by you or any third party.

Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Phantom Fantasia and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the performance of our DJ services, including but not limited to any claims of injury, damage to property, or copyright infringement.

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Phantom Fantasia be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of our DJ services, including but not limited to any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denpasar/Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [insert name of arbitration organization], and the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding.

Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Phantom Fantasia with respect to the provision of our DJ services, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or communications between the parties.

Phantom Fantasia reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services following any such modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the revised Terms.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible.
